Freedom Counseling Services does not accept insurance and is private-pay only.  We can provide you with a receipt of services at your request.  

 

If you are ready to make an appointment, please click on the "Book An Appointment" option and you will be directed to an online calendar.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail after you submit your information and choose your appointment time.

If you need to cancel, please provide notice 24 hours in advance and your deposit will be returned to you.  The full cost of an appointment will be charged for late cancellations and no-shows.
